Please plan all procedures 1-6 weeks prior to a special event or vacation. This allows adequate time for healing. Your desired brows cannot be achieved in just one session, it is a "2 step process" and is not uncommon to lose 30-80% of your color after the first treatment. Some clients need more than 2 sessions in order to achieve their desired density & shape. If excessive bleeding occurs, poor aftercare, makeup use during healing , or unforeseen variables occur extra appointments may be needed for desired outcome of procedure may not be effective.
Your first touch up is complementary ONLY when paying full price, discounted procedures do have a 1st touch up charge. Additional touch ups do have a charge as well.
All services are rendered & not subject to refund.
AFTER THE SERVICE
Aftercare
for the 1st 24 hours, blot any lymph fluid from the treatment area with a tissue.
scabbing is normal, some may scab more than others for various reasons including excessive bleeding or body immune responses.
unless otherwise told by artist, GENTLY wash area with unscented antibacterial soap & water using finger tips. Blot dry with tissue. Once completely dry you may apply a RICE sized amount of ointment such as afterinked, PMU aftercare ointment, or aquaphor.
make sure brows are always completely dry before applying RICE sized amount of ointment
In the shower, avoid direct contact with water & avoid hot showers &/or baths.
no use of saunas or steam for 2 weeks
do not rub, pick, or scratch treatment area. packing can cause scarring & pigment loss !
let the scab or dry skin shed off naturally
no swimming for 2 wks
avoid sun exposure or tanning beds for 4 weeks. This can cause pigment to change color while healing & can also cause hyperpigmentation or scarring.
avoid sweating on your face for 10 days this can cause pigment to expel from the skin & cause poor pigment retention producing poor results
avoid sleeping on your face for 2 weeks
no makeup or skincare products for 2 weeks
keep bangs & hair pulled back from face
after 2 weeks, use spf if needed
do not tint brows for 2 wks post procedure
avoid professional/facials on or neat treatment area to prevent fading
